My Journey with Self-Awareness

Growing up, I often watched family members react to situations in ways that led to conflict, unhappiness and more stress.

I realized that following the same patterns, as in certain situations i did, was going to lead to similar results. And they would say things like "people are who they are, and they can't change that."

However by embracing self-awareness, I began to understand my thoughts and reactions, leading to healthier behaviors and better results

I initially enrolled in an addictions counselor program, which sparked my passion for mental health, though I wasn't able to complete it due to personal family circumstances. This experience motivated me to broaden and expand my knowledge, ultimately training my mind to focus on what truly matters. This journey led me to pursue my calling as a mental health coach, empowering others to achieve their best selves.
